About Us

My name is Beverly Carter and I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner. I have always had a passion for medicine and a desire to help others. It all started when I had a major accident in my teens. The EMTs, nurses, and doctors had such an influence on me, I knew what I wanted to do with my life- anything in medicine.

I started as an EMT and figured out quickly that I wanted more time with my patients. I always wondered what happened to them after I dropped them off at the hospital. I pursued my degree in nursing and worked as a registered nurse with the majority of my time spent in the emergency room. I loved being an RN but, again, I wanted more time with my patients. I went on to complete my master’s degree in nursing, specializing as a family nurse practitioner. As I was completing my master’s degree I found that my degree could offer so much more than just primary care. I expanded my scope of practice to include medical aesthetics to help patients restore their natural beauty and feel youthful again.

As your provider, I now have the ability to spend as much time as needed with my patients, to listen and address all of your concerns.
